Hello, I bought a pair of shorts size 3XL, which should be 20.5 in (41 in) at the waist, I have a waist of 40.5 in and they are 4 in larger. What size should I exchange them for to make them fit just right? Thank you

I recommend that you write in the form that the shorts in size 3XL should have a width of 20.5 in (40.9 in circumference) at the waist and that you have a waist circumference of 40.6 in, but the item in this size is 4 in larger than you need.
