I want a jacket, but without the option of being able to measure it, I wouldn't order it. Why is there no such option, and if I don't feel like writing return forms and other complicated things???

I ordered this jacket for the second time, and the second time I was unable to pick it up at the Nova Poshta branch because they refused me to try it on. Although in the comments to the order I indicated - fitting allowed. I cannot buy an outfit without trying it on. Do not recommend (
