The store specializes in licensed music merchandise, as well as rock, metal, and alternative clothing, footwear, and accessories. The operator's objective is to provide a stable, secure, and user-friendly environment for online shopping.

The operator is committed to ensuring the accessibility of its web content in accordance with the internationally recognized Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, at conformance level AA.  The principal technical measures implemented on this website include the following:

• Full keyboard operability: The structure of the source code has been designed to allow the entire purchasing process — including the selection of product parameters, the shopping cart, and checkout — to be completed without the use of a mouse, relying solely on standard navigation via the Tab key.
• Color contrast optimization: Given the distinctive dark visual design of the e-shop, particular attention has been paid to ensuring sufficient contrast between textual content, icons, and interactive controls against the background. 
• Compatibility with assistive technologies: Graphical elements and product images that carry informational value are provided with alternative text descriptions intended for screen readers and other text-to-speech software. 
• Adaptation of control elements: The dimensions of links, buttons, and interactive fields have been optimized to facilitate ease of use on both desktop monitors and touchscreen displays of mobile devices. 
• Security and transaction processes: User login, the two-factor authentication (2FA) process, and the payment gateway interfaces have been designed with maximum clarity and technical robustness in mind.

Inaccessible Content (Exceptions on Grounds of Disproportionate Burden)

While we continuously work to improve the accessibility of our e-shop, the complexity of our product range and certain technical limitations may result in the following exceptions:

• Multilingualism and product descriptions: Given the nature of international music merchandise and band names, product and category descriptions frequently contain a mix of languages (e.g. band names, album titles, or specific genre terms). This may cause incorrect pronunciation in some screen readers, as automatic language switching for each individual term is not fully technically feasible.
• Color contrast in promotional offers: When displaying discounts (e.g. strikethrough original prices), the contrast against the dark background may in isolated cases fall below the recommended minimum value. We are working on the gradual optimization of these elements.
  
• Third-party content: Embedded external content, such as YouTube videos (Metalshop TV) or social media widgets (Instagram), is loaded via third-party interfaces. Our ability to influence their accessibility and keyboard operability is limited.
