Shipping from the European Union - What to Expect

We are a European Union-based store, and all U.S. orders are shipped directly from our EU warehouse. As of August 29, 2025, the U.S. customs regulation requires all international parcels - regardless of value - to go through import procedures. This means you might be contacted by the carrier  to pay applicable customs duties or taxes before final delivery. These charges are determined by U.S. authorities and are not included in your order total. We understand this can be a surprise, and we’re working on making the process as easy and clear as possible. If you have any questions, our support team is happy to help!

Important note on returns: If you choose not to accept the parcel, the carrier will charge us for the return shipping costs, which will be deducted from your refund. These costs are set by the carrier and can sometimes be higher than the original shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding. 

Check the product availability at product detail page (stock, 10 days etc.). Then add the delivery time from table below - delivery time shall be counted from the day you recieve our dispatching e-mail. With each package, you will receive a tracking number. The delivery time is calculated from the date of handing the shipment to the carrier. Due to the placement of products in external warehouses, the delivery time may be extended by up to 2 days. We are not responsible for any delays in shipment by the carrier.
